I am a physician at a university hospital, researching bone metabolism and tissue regeneration.
In research, a hypothesis has to be substantiated before it counts. That standard carries into my advisory work. A health offering should not merely sound plausible; it should rest on evidence and be argued in a way others can follow.
As co-founder and Medical Lead of GEVITY, a company in prevention and healthy aging, I know the scientific side and the commercial one. I know which medical decisions arise when a new health offering is built, and what that demands of the evidence, the communication and the regulatory position.
I disclose this involvement to every client. I do not take on engagements from direct competitors.
